More than 200 senior level executives and directors from major European companies involved in collaboration tools and digital platforms took part in our Enterprise Business Collaboration 2018 survey. The goal was to identify current and upcoming trends, tools and technologies in the field of social business collobation.

Key Facts (Extract)

  • Sharepoint is clearly the most popular collaboration tool. Office 365, Skype for Business, Yammer and IBM Connections are also common tools.
  • Corporate Culture (65%), User Adoption (64%) and Usability (54%) are the key performance factors of digital platforms.
  • Only 18% of the polled people can access their company’s collaboration platform via mobile devices.
  • Main applications on digital platforms are for Knowledge Management (78%), Project Management (69%) or are basic Office Applications (58%).
