Interview with Templafy: Increasing productivity by optimizing your document management ecosystem

we.CONECT: Can you describe your position and your role at Templafy?

I am Sales Director for the D/A/CH region, so I am responsible for all commercial activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

we.CONECT: Your solution is announced Digital Business Collaboration under the title “Increasing productivity by optimizing your document management ecosystem”. What is the most important message to the participants and your clients in this context?

Templafy helps their customers to get to a higher level of compliance in documents with regards to brand, legal requirements and content by automating large parts of the document creation workflow and empowering users.

we.CONECT: What do you think how can Templafy help in establishing an effective remote working environment?

Templafy makes it much easier for home office workers to get access to corporate templates and assets and to use the latest company standards without having to search, ask and find workarounds.

we.CONECT: Looking to the future, what topics and trends do you see regarding your topic in the next 12 months – what is the expected development?

We will enhance our platform to provie functionality for the tracking of documents and assets. So our process with go beyond the current support of accessing, building and checking templates and documents to also distribute the final documents to the recipients and track the usage.

we.CONECT: What would you highlight as the unique selling point?

Templafy is the only real enterpsei SaaS platform for template management and document automation with more than 2m users wordwide.

we.CONECT: How do you assess – also with regard to the participants and speakers of Digital Business Collaboration – the developments on the market for solutions for enterprise collaboration in the next 1-2 years?

This will be a market segment that grows with double digits, as the need to collaborate on documents in the context of remote work, New Work, working in distributed teams etc makes it mandatory to deploy efficient tools for this.
